No Show & Cancellations
We kindly request that clients provide a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please understand that when a client forgets or cancels an appointment without providing enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keep our stylists’ schedule filled, thus better serving all clients of Evolve Hair Studio.
A $25 Cancellation Fee will apply to any “no shows” or appointments cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice.
The staff at Evolve Hair Studio love kids! However, we do not have a designated area for children to wait while their parents receive services. For this reason, we ask that parents visit our salon without their children unless the child has an appointment. Please understand that our concern is for the safety of the children and other clients. We work with sharp scissors, hot tools and chemicals in the salon that could pose a safety concern for even the best behaved children. Please respect this policy and accept our appreciation for your understanding.
Chemical Consultation Appointment
(new clients only)
A Chemical Consultation Appointment is required for all new clients interested in scheduling chemical services (color, bleaching, balayage etc.) The consultation is a time for the new client and the stylist to get to know one another, and to discuss the desired outcome as well as pricing for the suggested services. The consultation will also allow the stylist the important opportunity to examine the client’s hair and determine which treatment will best fit his or her needs. The actual chemical service appointment will be scheduled at the end of the consultation appointment. A $25 deposit is required to secure the chemical appointment. The $25 deposit will be deducted from the final total fee once services have been completed. No shows or late cancellations are subject to the No Show & Cancellation Policy.
Complimentary Correctional Services Policy
It is our goal for every client to be THRILLED with the services provided at Evolve Hair Studio. We strongly encourage clients to contact us immediately if they are not completely satisfied. Concerns reported within 3 days of the initial appointment date will receive Complimentary Correctional Services. Concerns reported more than 3 days after the initial appointment date will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please note complementary correctional services will not apply if the client has altered the original services provided by our salon.
The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception to this rule.
Our waiting area is cozy. We ask that clients please refrain from bringing more than one guest due to our limited available seating.
